Duffy for Mayor Honorable Mention For the fourth year in a row, we've won a Pollie Award for excellence in political communications. The winning entry, "Big Man, Big Heart," was a 60-second radio ad created for Bob Duffy's Mayoral campaign in Rochester. We created this spot drawing from unscripted interviews among Duffy supporters. So, truth be told, it wasn't written so much as "revealed." The Pollies are the national showcase for political advertising, hosted each year by the American Association of Political Consultants. The 2007 event logged an all-time high of 2,300 entries. (Anthony and I foolishly failed to attend despite the ceremonies being held in Miami in February.) |
